Will be responsible for Optum’s fitness center network operations. This will include fitness center usage file management and processing, ensuring partnered locations are appropriately added to Optum’s websites, payment processing and working with internal and external partners to create and provide various reports regarding the fitness center network.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from other
Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree  or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Network Management experience or external relationship management experience within a matrix organization
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Healthcare experience
Fitness Industry Experience
Advanced degree
