Inside Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

My clients mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Located in Garden Grove, CA, they focus help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

• Auto insurance
• Home insurance
• Life insurance
• Retirement planning

They are looking to expand the team and have room for up to FOUR employees who love the insurance industry and welcome challenges on a daily business. If you are up beat, motivated, love talking on the phone, friendly and have a great attitude, this is the career path for you!!

This is a temporary to hire position, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30 p.m.

$15-$17 per hour DOE

After the probation period, this is a company policy, they will customize a commission and bonus plan that fits your experience and skill set.

• Fully licensed in P&C, Life & Health, and current with CA DOI website
• Notary license (If candidate is not currently a notary, we are acceptable to having him/her get the license prior to their start date.). The reason notary license is required is because they do offer bank products, such as vehicle loans, that require documents to be notarized.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred
• Experienced in sales, 5 years
  • With 2 years insurance sales experience preferred
• Entrepreneur mentality with potential to be agent aspirant a plus
• Strong networking and marketing skills
• Strong work ethics and must be punctual
• Detail oriented and good with follow up
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Outlook and computers
