Primary Responsibilities: 

This position will support a team of litigation attorneys. The team manages complex litigation matters, works to reduce outside counsel spend, and collaborates on best practices for efficient data and information management. This paralegal position will partner with the managing attorneys on various cases and support the following aspects of case management: 

Document discovery
Witness discovery
Claim analysis
Legal hold
Case management
Case closure
This position will participate in all significant case conferences, and strategy discussions. The role will also support a variety of special litigation projects, including: 

Complex subpoena and information requests
Risk management initiatives
Resource identification initiatives
 

Required Qualifications:   

Undergraduate degree 
3+ years of experience in a litigation setting, or similar experience with complex dispute resolution in an insurance setting 
Strong verbal & written communication skills 
Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
Strong customer service skills
