Top 3-5 Must Haves:
1. Customer Service Experience: must be able to work with customers in a fast paced phone environment
2. Inbound calls - call center experience preferred
3. Computer skills- will be working in outlook and internal computer software

Job Description:
-Works with customers, account management, and operations to manage installation and delivery service.
-Communicate with drivers and installers to ensure timely delivery to clients.
-Communicate with schedulers and warehouse personnel to verify accurate staging, delivery and removal of freight.
-Responsible for sorting and preparing all delivery paperwork.
-Ability to operate routing software to effectively manage drivers
-Works with and assists drivers and customer to problem solve and provide excellent customer service.
-Responsible for communicating canceled or rescheduled deliveries to end customer and client
