Aerotek in partnership with Nestle Dreyers Ice Cream is hiring for 25+ Production and Warehouse positions at their Fort Wayne, IN facility. No prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required! All positions are temporary-to-direct.
Ice Cream Maker - $11.00/hour

Warehouse Worker - $11.25/hour

In the production side of the factory you will be in 1 of 2 areas: Packaging or Snacks. Nestle's philosophy is we hire character and train skill.
Packaging:
Forming-hand forming all of the boxes that drumsticks will be sold in. The biggest things with this department is attention to details and being able to stand on your feet for 12 hours. Once you have formed the box you will set it on the conveyor.
Hand Pack-hand packing all nestle drumsticks into boxes. This is a very monotonous position but you must be able to work well with others and have great attention to detail. You will work in teams of up to 4 in this department.
Snacks-"Makes the Nestle Drumsticks"
Cone Loaders-Loading drumstick cones into a machine. The equipment they use for this holds up to 16 cones per tray.The main things with this position are team work, motivation and attendance. This is a very high paced position and you must be able to keep up with production. You will work with 1 other team member in this department.
