CSR/Collection 1 - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description: The ideal candidate for this position will have the experience/skills listed in this job description PLUS a flexible, hardworking approach and able to take on tasks outside the specific scope of the job description. This individual should be able to work independently as well as within a team and be able to manage and execute projects with minimal management supervision. The Collector I position requires the individual to calmly and effectively help handle customers and their delinquent accounts. It is very important that this person brings intellect, creativity, and problem solving skills to the company. Work Environment: Dog friendly, casual, laid back, and open office environment. 4th year start up looking for ownership mentality and not just box checkers Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
Experience in consumer loans and collections
Minimum of 1 year experience in collections/Call Center Experience
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Recovery, Collections and Call Center experience
Ability to work in a small team Performance Expectations: Strong Attendance
