Our client is a leader in the Aviation industry and hiring a mid-level Compensation Analyst to fulfill a 6 month contract role in Dallas!
Job Responsibilities will include:
Performing job evaluations, reviewing job descriptions, consulting with HRBP groups to recommend appropriate compensation for positions in their departments.
Administering, responding to, and maintaining the survey database
Gathering data to clarify roles as needed
Analyzing data, drawing conclusions and creating presentations for leadership.
Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise manner
Providing recruiting support from a compensation stand point, not actually recruiting on any roles)
Performing in-depth reviews of department compensation structures (done every 2 years).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, accounting or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in compensation administration
Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills
Excellent spoken, written and presentation skills
Strong Excel Skills are required (Pivot and v-look ups)
Experience in SAP HR module is a plus
Ability to work as part of a team
