You can contribute to our e-commerce group’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

• Execute engagement planning and budgeting: prepare complex and critical analyses of financial projections and performance for ongoing decisions and implementation
• Analyze and draft project plans to develop and expand TJX' e-commerce platform: coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams; create solutions, provide answers and think outside the box
• Deliver regular analyses to senior executives
• Analyze performance of website and develop key business learnings to accelerate our growth and success; communicate critical learnings across the team and broader corporation
• Develop and maintain contact with senior management; organize execution of projects; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposed strategies
• This Senior Analyst will act as a generalist, working as a part of our global team on a variety of engagements. The Analyst will be assigned a wide variety of projects and be given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit. Requirements include:

• Completed a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and have a minimum of two years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
• A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze strategic initiatives and financial projections
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively communicate with senior professionals
• Ability to work with multiple business disciplines
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
