POSITION PURPOSE
The CB-Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for leading subsets of large reset projects, initiatives and individual processes or projects that improve internal processes or allow for smoother execution of reset projects. They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills/analysis and be able to implement the changes using their project management skills. The Sr. Business Analyst acts as a support function for reset execution and as a standalone individual contributor for other Crown Bolt projects. The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for keeping the key objectives of their projects on task by maintaining the projects objectives, quality and scope.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
60%-Providing daily support of the reset projects within Crown Bolt using their analytical skills
30%-Serve as a subject matter expert by perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or category of business
10%-Executes standalone projects in support of Crown Bolt business functions to improve flexibility and data integrity

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Confident negotiator, customer service oriented, able to influence without authority, able to manage competing deadlines, ability to multi-task
Track record of driving processes from concept to delivery, track results and able to produce reporting ad hoc as needed to substantiate the processes being utilized
Strong analytical skills with a strong back ground in Access database creation and management, and Excel
Proven ability to identify root cause and solve issues with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail

Ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data, analyze and summarize vast amounts of information as well as understand all of the detail supporting the analysis
Strong skill set working with Microsoft programs and manipulating data sets strong ownership and ability to take on a project and own it to completion
