Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Wet Willie’s, a rapidly expanding daiquiri bar/restaurant chain, is seeking experienced General Manager's and Assistant Manager's for various locations throughout the Southeast US.  

Some of the duties of a Wet Willie's Manager include the following:

• Responsible for the day to day operation and profitability of your assigned location.
• Spreads Excellent Customer Service Skills throughout all Team Members.
• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures as determined by Wet Willie's corporate management.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred but not required.
• Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.

Manager's of Wet Willie's must have a varied skill set and meet these minimal job requirements:

• Minimum of three years of previous restaurant management or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred.
• Strong math skills and hospitality management related degrees are strong ranking factors.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to re-locate is preferred but not required.
