Now we're looking to reinforce our team with people who are decisive, brilliant and built for speed.The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for answering incoming calls/completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity.Primary Responsibilities:

Entering prescriptions and verifying appropriate information
Contacting patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Processing prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolving customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while

Requirements


Required Qualifications:



High School Diploma / GED or higher


Pharmacy Technician License

Work Shift 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday with occasional OT

1+ years of healthcare experience in an office setting

1+ years of Customer Service experience in an office setting
Preferred Qualifications:



Call Center experience

1+ years of pharmacy technician experience

Pharmacy Technician License in State of Massachusetts
Soft Skills


Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Team player

Strong attention to detail

High integrity

Compassionate when dealing with patients
