We have a major client who has several immediate needs for Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service candidates (Spanish/English & Russian/English)

Our client is the nation's leading managed healthcare organization specializing in the management of healthcare transportation benefits. Their client base consists of state and local government agencies (Medicaid agencies, transit authorities, school boards), managed care organizations and hospitals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The main duties include answering and transferring calls (*all the calls are incoming), data entry, scheduling appointments
  • Each representative is responsible for entering scheduling information for the client in their in-house reservation system
  • Representative interact with customers to provide information in response to transportation.
  • Schedule, modify and cancel reservations as requested
  • This is a call center environment taking an average of 70-90 calls/day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • *Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is REQUIRED*
  • *Ability to type at least 30 words per minute*
  • Ability to answer up to 75 incoming calls per day.
  • Ideal candidate: 1+ years of experience in a call center/customer service environment
  • High school diploma

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week), Contract-to-Hire opportunity
  • MUST take a typing assessment test and pass in order to be considered for an interview
  • MUST be open to any shift (8 hours between 6am and 6pm. For example: 6-2:30pm, 7-3:30pm, etc)
  • They are looking for candidates to start ASAP.
