Loan Officer (Outside Sales) - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for an exciting opportunity as a Loan Officer? If you have a passion for Real Estate and sales and are interested in Mortgages this is the job for you. Aerotek is seeking proven Loan Officers; as well as, candidates that have experience in the industry and are looking for a foot in the door with a great company.

• This person will be responsible for growing business in assigned territory by cultivating relationships with consumers, Realtors, and Builders.
• Accountable for establishing contacts with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following-up on potential leads.
• The successful candidate will meet established sales goal, consult with customers to assess qualification, make recommendation on best product and services to meet customer's need, and gather proper documentation to process customer's loan successfully.
