Main job duties:
- Receive incoming calls from customers regarding claims
- Handle intake calls or claims processing for the customer
- Document calls and perform accurate data entry tasks
Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Customer focused work experience (call center, retail, etc.)
- Data entry skills
Be fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- Have prior customer service experience in customer focused positions such as: call center, office administration, retail, restaurant, etc.)
