1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
The Manufacturing and Assembly Team Leader typically requires the leader to direct the activities of 6-15 people who manufacture a wide range of automotive wiring harness products.
Must Haves:
Manufacturing background
Minimum 2 years experience driving improvement initiatives and/or providing team leadership in a manufacturing setting
Experience with training/managing individuals and reviewing performance
Excellent verbal and written communication
Skilled with MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
Leadership background/experience
Preferred but not required- associates degree in Operations, industrial engineering technology, or supply chain management.
