Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.


As part of the Wilkes-Barre Financial team, the Fiscal Services Representative is responsible for providing world class customer support for a variety of financial applications (Payroll, Vendor Payments etc.) and Fiscal Customer support for Retail and Customer Logistics clients (in excess of 9,000 employees). This position is responsible for providing on an on-going basis, in-depth Fiscal Service support for field Retail/Customer Logistics as well as Wilkes-Barre CSL.  Additionally, the position provides key performance data to the Sales Operations and Strategy group to advance GPS initiatives


Job responsibilities

1 – Perform Application Maintenance in support of GPS application software (Descartes & Sprint).  Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Wgln update maintenance – GPS software application maintenance related to employee/team and cell phone data

Geocoding corrections – Lat/Long updates for GPS maps

Cell phone updates – Employee specific updates to cell phone carrier account

Successful execution of application is inherent to accurate capture of hours/miles for workload planning and             

Payroll/T&E accuracy.            

2. Payroll support 

Work with field management to reconcile discrepancies by verifying hours from Descartes to ADP and IBM (Third Party Vendor). Validating adjustments against hours paid and submitting for payment as needed.

3. Advocacy of GPS software: Position fulfills super user role which facilitates the tactical use of the software by management and Sales Reps/Merchandisers

Training New Managers – Assist management with GPS website and phone application usage.

System Enhancements with Third Party Vendor – Work with vendor on possible application enhancements.

Software testing – Perform User Acceptance testing of GPS website and cell phone application enhancements.

4. At the direction of Team Lead, the position could require Fiscal Service support including vendor payment support (both iPaySmart and COUPA) for branch field locations (including 3PL’s) and payroll facilitation (Nabpay) for field branch hourly payroll.  


The hours for this position are as follows:

Monday / Tuesday Wednesday – 9:30AM to 8:00PM

Saturday – 8:00AM to 4:00PM
