Be the business subject matter expert, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering

Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

Lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools

Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs

Deliver projects on time with the highest quality

Track milestones and deliverables

Conduct analysis on assigned materials and provide recommendations.

Identify and resolve quality problems using defined processes, expertise and judgement.

Program Management Analysts to assist with Quality Roadmap Admin and Project work

Must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.
Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, anlaysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration

4+ years of experience in writing business requirements

2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Asset Qualifications:


Previous Healthcare Industry experience

Previous Project Lead experience

Understand CMS regulations-Skilled a problem solving, follow-through and resolution

Excellent communication, time/project management, organizational and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Strong presentation skills.
