About this job

We are a multi-unit, wholesale bakery producing breads and pastries nationwide to quick service and fine dining restaurant chains. Currently, we seek an Administrative Assistant for our corporate office located in Carlsbad, California.

Some qualifications for the position include:

Fluency in English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Type a minimum of 35 words per minute

1-2 years experience in similar position

Knowledge and fluency in MAS 200, Microsoft Office programs including Excel

Knowledge of Internet Explorer

Knowledge of basic math principals in Excel

Strong organizational skills and exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and collectively on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

Flexible work schedule and be able to work weekends

 

Some of the job responsibilities include:

Provide first point of contact for all entering the offices

Answer and direct incoming calls

Provide administrative support

Assist management on special projects as needed

Data entry
