Our Sales Associates have the opportunity to work closely with home owners to make the transition into smart home technology.

The ideal Sales Associate:

  • Is excited to help home owners reach their potential through the use of our products.
  • Is a natural salesman/woman and feel at home when in the outside environment, no, actually enjoys door to door sales.
  • has basic knowledge of the outside sales industry and has the passion to achieve hard goals.
  • has experience selling products and exceeded internal and external goals in previous sales position.
  • Knows the physical requirements to be truly successful in the industry.

What you will do:

  • Act as the face of Alder and effectively introduce our brand using methods and door approaches we train on.
  • Concisely communicate the value of our services to potential buyers, meaning you will memorize your sales pitch.
  • Qualify leads, close sales, and effectively sign up new clients and use referral based closing methods to increase your sales pool.
  • Report any deals or responses and attitudes in the market as well as communicate the status of all open leads with Regional Sales Director.

What you will need:

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience in the Direct Sales industry – direct sales preferred but any related fields of experience applies.
  • An unrelenting dream to succeed, with unwavering dedication to the production of your goals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas simply, after all if you can't explain something simply you don't know it well enough.
  • Familiarity with the business and the challenges they may face if they don't have or use our products.
  • You will be flexible and able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of clients and market conditions, rain, sleet, hail, or windy conditions mean you work 2x has hard
  • A background in negotiation is a plus, collections, customer service or studying communications or marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

300 Paid Weekly for Training, 3k bonus for every 30 sales toward college scholarship. Un capped commission compensation plan.
