BOOKKEEPER

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Responsibilities include billing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as assisting and supporting overall compliance with regulatory state statutes and franchise standards.  This position requires someone who is precise and meticulous with tasks, promotes and maintains high standards of quality at work, has exceptional integrity and is able to keep information confidential.

This is a salaried, full-time position.  Work hours are primarily 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday but evening and/or weekend hours may be required on occasion to meet deadlines. Local city travel between two franchise locations is required on a daily basis.

Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.

Education/Experience Requirements
  • College degree preferred, high school graduate minimum
  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Billing and payroll experience preferred
  • QuickBooks Pro experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook mandatory
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and must have own automobile each workday
