To be a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager we are looking for FAST FOOD Lead Experience. We say this because the job consists of multitasking, learning the flow of fast food and inspiring the CREW to serve up exceptional customer service, We are looking energetic Shift Leads and Assistant Managers who love serving customers in an upbeat and fast-paced environment. To be considered for a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager you must have prior fast food experience with excellent references.

As a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager you will be required to manage labor and food cost while running the best restaurant to promote repeat customer service.
