JOB DESCRIPTION

Every day families call us inquiring about our services. We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator with great listening and communication skills to take these incoming calls and schedule an in home visit to discuss our services in greater detail. The Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the entire process from the first call about service to becoming a new client and nearly everything in between. The ability to connect, care, and build trust over the phone are important to helping the caller with their questions.

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-time position, may include occassional evening/weekend work
• Answer calls from families and seniors who inquire about our service
• Manage nearly every aspect of a caller becoming a client
• Assist company's marketing and quality care field teams as needed
• Work in a friendly and open air office environment

• College degree or equivalent
• Experience or understanding of the various long term care options available to families helpful but not required
• Complete a criminal background, MVR, drug screen & reference checks

Location: South Denver

Compensation: Starting Salary $40,000 to $42,500 depending on experience

Required experience:  Sales - 1 year
