Job Requirements:
- Friendly, Honest, and Dependable
- Clean background check, drug screening, and fingerprints
- Able to lift 25lbs
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid CNA Certification
- On Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
- Availability includes either Saturday or Sunday
