A Fastrac Manager is responsible for the complete day to day operations of their Fastrac store.
* From the day to day upkeep of the store.
* To leading their TEAM to meet the standards determined by Fastrac.

* Must be a proven leader.
* Good with people.
* Not only a leader but a teacher, trainer, coach and must be able to set the example by being hands on in their operations.
* 2 to 5 years' experience leading a TEAM in a retail environment.
* High School Graduate or equivalent a must, a Bachelor's degree a plus.
Being as Fastrac is open 24/7/365, a Store Manager is ultimately responsible for their operations. Managers have a very set and specific schedule, but due to the nature of our business, evenings, overnights, weekends and Holiday's may be part of your schedule.*
