Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen and interview candidates for full-time and part-time positions
- Heavy call volume inbound and outbound
- Administer testing
- Conduct and document all reference checks
- Present various candidate to District Supervisor, Human Resources and or VP Operations
- Administer, complete, and organize paperwork
- Continuously add contacts to client database through reference checks
- Will be responsible for weekly communications to market top candidates
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience
- Must be able to work in a demanding/ fast paced environment
- Previous experience recruiting and sourcing
- Strong computer skills to navigate in multiple computer screens
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated creative thinking
- Passion for results
- Looking for a candidate that works well with people over the phone and in person
- Planning and organizing
- Excellent execution of business processes
- Teamwork
- Client focus
- Adaptability
