Restaurant Managers (Shift Leaders/Assistant Managers):

Responsible of the daily operation of the restaurant. Managers must be able to ensure compliance in all areas of the store & day-to-day operations including cash/security procedures, product preparation, food safety, customer service, financial accountability, profit & loss, team management, recruiting and enforcing company policies and procedures. U.S. Beef Corporation is committed to developing the talents and professional skills of management team members through a series of programs that are unique to the company. **Requirements: 18 years and above, Driver’s License, reliable transportation, background check.

Crew/Cashier/Cook:

Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service to visiting patrons and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.  **Requirements: 16 years and above.
