Customer Service Sales Representative - Full-time

Moving Forward Marketing is a leader in the marketing industry with a focus in adjusting their retail customer service to fit each individual client and company culture. With an emphasis in community, Moving Forward Marketing has opened up two new offices in the last two months, and plans to own two more in the next three months. Because of this transition, Moving Forward Marketing is looking for a fresh face within the company who not is not only looking to take on this positon, but is also looking to grow.

This is an hourly job whose main focus is in retail, and pays anywhere from 10-15 dollars an hour. Pay is determined based on current qualifications and previous experiences. We offer flexible hours but are looking for a full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries
• Ask the right questions when appropriate
• Handle customer acquisitions with ease
• Collaborate and function as a member of a team.
• Provide excellent customer service and consultation advice
• Aid in administrative tasks and customer scheduling
