Manufacturing Engineer

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team due to growth to help plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes in our plant.

This role will be processing new jobs, doing the fixture design work in Solidworks, doing process improvements around the machines, troubleshooting issues around the process, programming lathes and machining centers if needed.

1. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
2. Ability to Set Up and Operate all machinery
3. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Design and setup of efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

* No degree needed.
* Working Knowledge of CNC Programming, and Equipment Setup (Lathes, M/C, Grinder)
* Working Knowledge of Manufacturing Cutting Tool Design and Function.
* Ability to design fixtures in 3D software, and program around Faunc or Mitsubishi controls
