Hiring for an administrative assistant for a company in South Austin.
Job Duties:
1. Field customer phone calls and email inquiries
2. Support regional sales reps with quotations and other support
3. Distribute reports and marketing collateral as required
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Business school or associates degree equivalent is a plus.
2-3 years administrative experience
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Excel and Access a plus
Must be able to work well juggling multiple priorities
The ideal candidate will also possess:
Great listening and phone skills.
Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training.
