About this job
Roles and Responsibilities:
Receive and match invoice with purchase orders and receivers
Communicate with other departments for coding and approval of invoices
Verify mileage statements against payroll records and resolve any discrepancies
Able to process and enter 400 - 500 invoices per week for multiple companies
Calculate sales and use tax on invoices
Scan supporting documents and attach to transaction entry
Manage the weekly check run and match invoices with checks
Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions
Communicate with vendors regarding incorrect invoices and credit memos
Audit system for accuracy of supporting documents
Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as directed
