Now hiring two (2) customer service representatives to work a 3-6 month contract for a managed care organization in Charleston, WV.
Individuals in this role will provide initial contact between care management programs and members. This is an inbound/outbound call center environment handling enrollment and engagement calls with eligible members to provide information regarding program features.
Responsibilities include gathering and recording member information in accordance with policies and procedures via telephone. Individuals will be encouraging members to participate in the care management programs by providing information about the program, outlining program features/value and explaining services. This is a scripted environment on an "as-needed" basis per client requirements.
Candidates will be initiating referrals and managing consults from clinicians for participants registered in care management and gathering information from hospitals, health plans, physicians, patients, vendors, and other referral sources.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months' experience in a telesales or customer service environment demonstrating ability to influence customers/members.
