Assistant Logistics Coordinator- ATTENTION NEW GRADS!!

Our client in Pella, IA is currently looking for two logistic coordinators to join their team! As a logistic coordinator, you would be responsible for handling the logistics of sign deliveries to major companies via phone and email, co-checks, reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy against the purchase orders, follow ups and UPS tracking, and sending out a site survey after the sign is delivered.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact between the client needing the sign on their building and the company delivering the sign!

This role will be located in a fast paced office environment.

Requirements:

Ability to multi-task

Associates or Bachelors Degree with 6+ months experience in office/professional setting that required customer service and/or administrative tasks

Experienced in Excel
