Compensation is $12 to $14 per hour depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Compensation is $12 to $14 per hour depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and handle correspondence in print and email
- Proofread documents
- Follow up with the attorneys and clients on documents and issues
- Communicate professionally with clients via the phone
- Open and process mail
- Scan and link documents
- Participate with special projects as needed
- High school diploma, some college is preferred
- Must have some clerical experience, preferably as an Administrative Assistant
- Legal experience is a plus but it is not required
- Must have good typing speed, 55 words per minute is desired but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and good proofreading skills
- Good professional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Able to work quickly
- Enjoy problem solving
- Not require constant supervision
- Willing and able to take and pass a drug test
