Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Maintenance Leader in Lebanon, TN for 2nd Shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday. Training will occur on 1st shift, 6:30am-2:30pm. Pay Rate: $19.00. Interested candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Electrical Technology or a Certified Electrician. The position is Evaluation-to-Hire.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Leader:
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
- Perform Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on all Industrial equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment using diagnostic equipment and PLC software
- Install and or modify new equipment or engineering changes to existing equipment
- Order parts from approved vendors and keep records
- Troubleshoot general maintenance and electrical problems to prevent downtime.
- Maintenance lead will be over other Maintenance Techs and report to Operations Team Lead.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine assigned projects as designated by Maintenance Coordinator.
Requirements of the Maintenance Leader:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Electrical Technology or a Certified Electrician Required
- Ability to read and use Electrical and Mechanical schematics
- Strong Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Must have basic Mechanic’s tools
- Prior experience with 3 phase 480 volt industrial circuitry
- Prior Mechanical experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use email and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
Physical Requirements of the Maintenance Leader:
- Capability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and twist up to 10 hours
Compensation of the Maintenance Leader:
- $19.00 per hour
