Seeking a highly organized Assistant support a busy Executive and team within finance.
Must possess proven administration skills, a positive attitude, and great attention to detail.
You will be working in a busy office managing the day-to-day, calendar management, travel planning and general correspondence, alongside coordinating guest lists, rsvps and mailings.
Strong telephone skills, good writing skills, alongside accurate database management are essential.
Applicants must demonstrate solid experience of working in a busy office and familiarity with social media would be preferable.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and assist at events is essential.
Must hold a university degree and have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant.
Salary commensurate with experience

Not first job graduate. At least 3 years job experience
Must be adept and handling phones, transferring calls, with experience of a busy office
Suitable to act as "body person" for Chairman to assist with events
Must demonstrate accurate attention to detail
Positive and can-do attitude essential
Excellent writing skills for drafting letters & releases
Must be able to manage databases and communications

Duties:
Managing day-to-day messages, calendar management, travel planning and general correspondence, arranging meetings
Excellent telephone skills
Building guest lists, managing RSVPs and organizing mailings
Researching non-profits and assisting with donation and grant administration
Do advance site visits and assist VIP/Chairman with occasional events to ensure smooth arrival, and be on standby attend to any needs
Assisting with event logistics as directed
Strong writing skills for drafting and proof-reading letters and documents
Accurate database management is essential
Monitoring press coverage and clippings as required
Familiarity with social media: Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin
Must be available for some evening and occasional weekend event work
Experience:
Applicants should possess:
A minimum of a 4 year degree from a respected University.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant
