Cleaning Technician

Get your foot in the door with a growing, award-winning, locally owned business! Handle cleaning and water removal on scheduled and emergency response basis. Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM typical, on-call for 24/7 issues every fourth week.

2 immediate openings! $10.00 training wage; raise after 90 day evaluation period.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for sharp, independent thinkers, who want to learn a system and start building a possible career (opportunity to advance to Crew Chief position in the future for the right fit).
• Must be presentable & courteous, with good communication skills.
• Flexible to working off-hours as needed during on-call weeks (may be called middle of night).
• Dependable, trustworthy & punctual, with a good work ethic.
• Able to lift medium to heavy objects as needed; physically able to operate vacuums, water extractors, move large fans, etc.
• Work boots, khaki’s, uniform shirt.
• Background check; drug-free workplace.

 SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initially train with experienced team member, then…
• Work with crew chief, handling clean-up, water extraction, smoke damage remediation, etc., at customer locations.
• Will travel out of town on occasion (expenses paid).
