About this job

Aerotek's client is in need of Call Center Representatives. This position is in the Early Collections department. The calls will be a friendly reminder the customers get when there payment is passed due and under 30 days. Working off the dialer handling 80-100 calls per day, mostly outbound.

Hours: M- F 3 days/week: 8am - 5pm, 2 days/week: 11am - 8pm, 2 Saturdays/month: 8am - 12pm

This position is a "foot-in-the-door" to move up in the company. In this position, you will learn all about the company and the other departments that you can move up into.

Objectives:
Make customer contacts via phone or other methods to collect past due accounts, resolve customer needs, and help to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Make decisions about potential risk and assign for repossession as needed.
