***Sr Claims Implementation / Claims Configuration Analyst - Telecommute - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking candidates that can lead claims system integration and claims configuration activities for a core claims administrative systems such as (IKA, QNXT, FACETS, Health Rules, etc.) based on expertise in one or more functional areas (e.g., Product, Provider, Member, Finance)
  
Primary Responsibilities:


Lead system and/or configuration design activities including direct management of project team members
Participate in design sessions
Participate in test development and execution activities
Provide configuration thought leadership to organization
Ensure that all configuration documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved
Create effective written and oral communication materials that summarize findings and support fact based recommendations 
Maintain work papers, project deliverables and other artifacts that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital
Perform project management duties including the creation of status reports, work plans and presentations to client leadership
Define, develop and document business requirements to ensure clients' needs are captured and delivered
Direct quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test plans and managing the execution of testing
Develop financial models and tools, including cost-benefit analysis, resource utilization models and performance reports
Assess and recommend vendor products to client leadership

Required Qualifications:


3+ years of working around claims implementation and analysis and/or claims configuration experience in anyone of these areas: Provider/Provider Contracting, Clinical Benefits, Enrollment and Billing
3+ years of Healthcare experience
2+ years of working in a Professional Consulting organization
2+ years of experience with the Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC
Ability to travel up to 80%, but location is flexible. Travel to the client site is necessary and would vary by project and location. (Typical travel schedule is to leave on Monday and come back late Thursday)
Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in a business or computer-related field
