Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn and maintain knowledge of the pertinent aspects of the Service Manager/SharePoint site used by Security Systems Integration for problem and task tracking. Drive for results from various contributors in getting resolutions. Tasks include:

  • Provide tier II support for security systems.
  • Troubleshoot minor systems related issues.
  • Provide testing support for local service providers.
  • Be able to work within access control application.
  • Create and/or assign problem issues in system.
  • Dispatch service providers to facility sites.
  • Create and maintain tasks in system.
  • Update problem tickets as needed.
  • Communicate to various parties regarding outstanding deliverables.
  • Verify resolution of problem issues.
  • Ensure customer is satisfied with resolution.
Process Contributor

Learn and maintain knowledge of the systems used by Enterprise Security & Preparedness. Scope is global and includes ES&P core systems. Tasks include:
  • Coordinate with Security Integrations Management on naming convention standards for all account labels in system.
  • Manage IP Address and world time zone information.
  • Manage time zone (schedule) information from facility contact.
  • Manages system reporting for global security management.
  • Coordinates and schedules Holiday settings in Lenel for all client facilities.
  • Presents new account information to enterprise security operation center.
  • Create new facility access groups when requested by Security Integrations team.
  • Assist access control coordinator w/duties as needed.
  • Inventories of security hardware/software.
  • Provides documentation for procedures, processes and diagrams for ES&P SI systems.
  • Any other projects or assignments as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Coordinator must have the ability to make mature, rational, and reasonable decisions.
  • Must present a professional attitude and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills necessary include: ability to learn new programs and systems, Microsoft Office Programs, SharePoint, and able to type proficiently.
  • Must be able to retain information and perform necessary job requirement skills as defined for your position.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle stressful situations in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience required;
  • Minimum requirements for education are high school diploma or GED. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred;
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Lenel/OnGuard as well as Milestone.
  • 2-3 years’ security systems experience required;
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory;
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with difficult customers and active listening and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work and make solid decisions as well as take direction from superiors.
