On behalf of Education Specialty Retail, Headway Workforce Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals seeking growth and career advancement to join the rapidly growing ABCmouse.com mall carts team in your area as a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, you will achieve personal and team sales goals by connecting and engaging with children, parents, and other prospective customers while demonstrating the scope of ABCmouse.com’s award winning curriculum. Sales Specialists have the potential to earn $20+ per hour. Total compensation is based on employee sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide outstanding guest service while delivering consistent sales results
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCmouse.com product and the benefits of utilizing the web and mobile-based app
• Effectively and efficiently articulate the capabilities of ABCmouse.com to customers
• Achieve personal and store team sales goals
• Manage cash and inventory control

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated and driven by performance-based commissions
• Hospitality industry (restaurant, hotel, etc.…) experience a plus
• Bilingual is a big plus
• Flexibility to work during peak selling periods including nights, weekends and holidays
• Positive Energy with a “can-do” attitude

Physical Demands of Sales Specialists

• Required to walk, stand, and use their hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, climbing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
• Exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 42 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Comfortable using tablet computer to demonstrate ABCmouse.com product
