That marketer is being asked to think beyond the campaign, with a focus on nimble, iterative content combined with data-driven media that delivers measurable results. As part of the Enterprise TGA team at Target, this team member will take an always-on, guest-centric approach to the social, video, display and audio channels, helping to develop content and processes that deliver on Target's enterprise marketing and business objectives. This person must have the ability to take a data-driven approach to everyday work, with an eye toward technological advancements that will make in the digital space.
