• In our service centers we repair the HOME portion of the unit. This is not engine or chassis work – we are providing electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs (among other things).

What You’ll Do: 

• Train in various areas including:
  • RV Prep and Quality Control
  • Maintenance and Winterization
  • Repair, both inside and the external shell.
  • Hitching Installation
  • Accessory Installation
  • Warranty Repair
• Communicate with service advisors to keep them updated on repair status
• Communicate with internal writers, special order parts and foreman to keep repairs and communication consistent during repair process.
• Complete documentation relating to all repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Attend company and factory training

• A passion for fixing things and understating how they work
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic tool set
• Strong attention to detail
• A desire to provide the highest quality of service
