PrideStaff is looking for an Entry Level Production Associate
$10/hr Full Time
Job Summary:
· Conformal coat Print Circuit Board Assembly according to Customer Specifications
· Follow instructions to make sure certain areas of the board do not coated i.e. properly masked off
· Operator will have to be able to operate an automated coating machine and be able to hand coat/spray boards
· Pay attention to make sure that the board meets the requirements such as coating on all areas required to be coated. No coating on connectors.
· Ensure proper staking of components and removal of tape for areas that are masked off
· Operates and sets up in-circuit, manufacturing defect, or functional testers
· Runs Flying Probe.
· Accumulates and records test data for materials, devices and products.

Requirements/Skills:
- At least 6 months recent work history with the last 12 months
- At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Some technical knowledge
- Crafting experience or very detailed experience in previous jobs
- Ability to cut masking & kapton tape with sharp blades
- Ability to use tweezers
