The selected candidate will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment, including, but not limited to: sourcing, job postings, screening & coordinating hiring events, scheduling interviews, job offers, and post offer/pre employment process.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, have knowledge of HR/recruitment, be customer service focused, have the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and help to determine sourcing strategy in assigned markets.
This position will be responsible for various parts of the recruitment process in a centralized, high volume, on-line based recruiting department. The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position approval through to successful integration into Hertz. The incumbant will source qualified and diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. In addition, the Recruiter manages the recruitment process and ensures compliance with government regulations regarding employment.
The successful candidate will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to staff their locations with talent.
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Background:
The ideal candidate is working towards a degree in Human Resource Management/Business or has recently obtained a Bachelors degree and has 2-3 years experiance in high volume recruitment

Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, copy machine, and fax machine is required.

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Management or recently graduated

- Previous held Leadership roles i.e., Campus, Community or Sports
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- 2-3 years prior high volume recruitment experiance
