About this job
Must have at least 5 years of experience (or greater) in Manufacturing/Process Engineering as well as R&D activity in the area of Hybrid Microcircuits, Thick/Thin Film Processing, and Packaging Technology. Good working knowledge of materials processing in the following areas: screen printing, high temperature firing, photolithography and etching, plating, lapping/polishing, laser trimming and testing, dicing and assembly. Some experience with plating on ceramic or plating of ceramic electronic components is a definite plus. Hands on experience with MIL specs and methods is also desirable.
This individual would be working cross functionally to ensure the successful production of products. They work from initial product conception, through quality, inspection and manufacturing. They will me establishing routers/recipes, SOPs, and BOMs.
