Process Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product for around 6 injection molding manufacturing lines (Toshiba, Husky, Demag, KM)
• Machines range in tonnage from 450 to 1000 ton
• The role entails the "processing" of thermo-plastic injection molding jobs
• Looking for shorts and flash
• Troubleshooting equipment
• Preform quality checks like part weight and wall thickness
• Ensure that all machinery is working properly (injection molding presses, material feed systems, decorating equipment, and auxiliary packaging equipment) - alert the maintenance department if there are any major issues
• Clean molds and assist with decorating

Openings:

• We currently have openings on both 1st and 2nd shift (12 hour shifts)
• Can pay anywhere between $20-32hr depending on experience
