A successful candidate will have many of the following:

  • 4 year college degree, Bachelor of Science preferred, Master’s degree is a plus, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Tier II / Frontline customer support experience a plus
  • Solid logical thinking and problem solving skills, Intellectual curiosity, passion to deliver.
  • Enterprise experience in software development using multiple languages/frameworks.
  • Development Knowledge of Java 1.7 & 1.8, Spring (Boot, Integration, Cloud, Security), JavaScript: React/Redux – AngularJS, CSS: Bootstrap – SASS.
  • Delivery Tools: Cloud Foundry, Unix/Linux/MacOs Experience, Shell scripting (bash, sh, zsh), Git, Rally, Jenkins.

We are the Enterprise Services Applications Support Team.  Providing production support to our IT Applications Development Teams.  We provide support across multiple platforms, services, and applications. We are looking for a new member to join our team here in Englewood, CO to help us continue to provide best in class service to our stakeholders.

 

Primary responsibilities fall into the following:

  • Strong desire to learn quickly, adapt to changes, continually improve with a "can do" attitude and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Provide a variety of support duties ranging from day-to-day Tier II application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, simplify and/or improve support processes, pulling logs, creating reports, etc. for front end apps and middleware dev support.
  • Provide 24/7 applications support as part of on-call rotation schedule.
  • Paired programming in fast-paced, agile environments.
