General Summary: This role primarily acts as a liaison between subcontractors, customers and all other branch employees. Associates in this role maintain accurate scheduling of subcontractor labor, processing of work orders and subcontractor payroll.

CORE FUNCTION:

• Responsible for daily assigning and scheduling of subcontractors to complete flooring installations

• Ensure accuracy of work orders

Details of job description:

1. Ensure that completed work orders are turned in daily
2. Assign subcontractors to complete scheduled flooring installations under the direction of the Operations Manager
3. Collect and review all subcontractor paperwork
4. Resolve any issues with previous days work orders through discussion with subcontractors and/or sales staff
5. Regular and timely communication with subcontractors, customer service, warehouse staff, and sales to proactively resolve any work order issues
6. Communicate any changes to work order schedules to customers as soon as possible
7. Ensure that subcontractor payroll sheets are completed accurately and turned into customer service daily
8. Handle chargeback work orders (research chargebacks, create work orders, etc.)
9. Follow all safety standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
10. Perform all other duties assigned by management
