The Right Stuff

  • Bachelors degree from four year college or university OR 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and work experience
  • Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with senior executives and other business units to form strong cross org and cross enterprise wide relationships
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop, Hauppauge skills; Skills to make nuggets/ videos and other media related tools desirable

The Role

We are seeking passionate, energetic and flexible individuals to join the team as analysts. The business operations analysts will be responsible for working on building tools that customers can use to engage with Sling from a customer care perspective. They should seek to redefine the industry standards and practices in order to create high quality, best in class tools. S/he should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment, taking the initiative, managing multiple requirements and working to find creative solutions.

 

The Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer pain points and information that customer’s seek about Sling
  • Develop and maintain tools that customers can use to interact or find information about Sling
  • Understand the technical issues that impact customers and write flows that simplify those issues and make it easier for customers to understand and troubleshoot
  • Participating in the measurement of key themes, trends and performance of social and user platforms
  • Use business intelligence to recommend, initiate and manage projects that will help improve the business processes and customer experience
  • Participate in defining, designing and constantly improving the pro active customer experience
