About this job
Provides administrative support to the Internal Representatives.
- Answering Phone Calls from internal employees - typically can be high call volume
- Provides assistance and support to callers (internal employees, management, etc)
- Answers questions regarding payroll hours (time off, OT, vacation)
- Heavy data entry (time off, training schedules, overtime requests, etc)
- Verifying payroll punches (if someone forgets to clock in or clock out, etc)
- Logging calls in a daily call log
- Scheduling team meetings (huddles), attending the meetings and taking notes
- Screens calls and places calls for management
- Operating computer equipment utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, data base management and presentation software.
- Operates copy machine, FAX equipment and other standard office equipment
SCHEDULE!
Sunday - Thursday 3 PM to Midnight with Friday and Saturday off
Or
Tuesday - Saturday 5 PM to 2 AM with Sunday and Monday off
