About this job

Provides administrative support to the Internal Representatives.

  • Answering Phone Calls from internal employees - typically can be high call volume
  • Provides assistance and support to callers (internal employees, management, etc)
  • Answers questions regarding payroll hours (time off, OT, vacation)
  • Heavy data entry (time off, training schedules, overtime requests, etc)
  • Verifying payroll punches (if someone forgets to clock in or clock out, etc)
  • Logging calls in a daily call log
  • Scheduling team meetings (huddles), attending the meetings and taking notes
  • Screens calls and places calls for management
  • Operating computer equipment utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, data base management and presentation software.
  • Operates copy machine, FAX equipment and other standard office equipment

SCHEDULE!

Sunday - Thursday 3 PM to Midnight with Friday and Saturday off

Or

Tuesday - Saturday 5 PM to 2 AM with Sunday and Monday off
